Abstract

The research aims to identify the obstacles to the process of evaluating the performance of human resources in the Libyan Olympic Committee. The researcher distributed a scientific questionnaire to the directors of departments and sections of the Libyan Olympic Committee, and the research sample Actual (15 individuals), and the descriptive approach was used in a survey method, and after conducting the study and discussing the results, Through which the researcher reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which are: The standards are not reviewed and developed From time to time, that the evaluator is affected by the position or capacity of the evaluator, that the employee treats the evaluation process with indifference. Employees are evaluated emotionally and are not carried out with obvious rigor.

Which in turn enabled him to reach a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: the need not to evaluate emotionally or strictly and doing so objectively and professionally to ensure the credibility of the results, the need for the evaluation system to be clear to the administrators Evaluators, the need to pay attention to the employee to be understanding of the evaluation criteria and familiar with them and interested with its results
