Abstract

This study aims to clarify the relationship between organizational culture and bullying behaviors among employees of the Social Security Fund, Ajdabiya Branch. The study included all 70 employees of the branch and relied on a comprehensive survey method. To analyze the data and achieve the study's objectives, the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) was used.

The study showed a clear relationship between the various dimensions of organizational culture and workplace bullying behaviors at the Social Security Fund branch in Ajdabiya. The results revealed a low level of workplace bullying among the fund's employees. Based on this, the study recommended a set of measures, most notably: encouraging the active participation of employees in decision-making, supporting activities that promote team spirit, and reviewing and distributing workloads fairly to ensure that no employee is overworked
