Abstract: This study sheds light on the governmental policy taken by the two Libyan governments of the National Accord, headquartered in the city of Tripoli, and the Libyan government, headquartered in the city of Al-Bayda. The study relied on the comparative approach and the descriptive approach, and was limited to analyzing the policies taken at the health level and the social level, as they are considered among the most Levels that negatively or positively affect limiting the spread of epidemics. The more the government pays attention to these two levels, the less the spread of the epidemic and vice versa. The study reached a number of results, the most prominent of which is that both governments took a package of measures and policies in order to limit the spread of the Corona pandemic and that the Libyan government is in The Libyan East was better than the Government of National Accord in limiting the spread of the virus, but this does not mean that the virus in the areas subject to the Thinni government was controlled, but it was less widespread compared to those areas subject to the Government of National Accord. This study also presented a set of recommendations: the most prominent of which is the necessity of ending Political division and the appointment of a unified government for the country, as the political division has squandered efforts to limit the spread of the Corona pandemic. Likewise, the areas under the control of the Libyan government were affected by the epidemic due to its spread through border crossings under the control of the Government of National Accord. Also among the recommendations is the establishment of an infrastructure for distance education, as the epidemic has caused the closure of educational institutions, which will negatively affect the progress of the educational process.
